This weekend we're taking a break and going to a spa to indulge in some serious pampering. Honestly, it's about time I took a break. My life seems to revolve around endless housework - if you think teenagers can be messy, try an autistic teenager - and trying to fit in writing around that and of course, there's the day job, that's before I say anything about the trapped nerve that's decided to lodge itself somewhere between the bones in my back!
Anyway, it's time for me to get my swimming costume out of my gym bag and into my case. Although I'm looking forward to going away to be pampered, I have so much work to do when I get back, but for now, I'm slipping into something comfortable for the weekend, and letting it go, just for a bit.
