God in the Machine

I now have nearly 10,000 words for my short story, God in the Machine, which I think is long for a short, but not so short for scifi, or even the cyberpunk genre. It may, of course, continue to be written and turn into a short novel.

Whatever it is, it's fun to write, even though it's not helping me prepare for November's novel writing exercise. I'm still in the middle of planning my steampunk novel for that, and it is going to be fun to write as well.
